How soon will I get my kazoos?

We ship most orders by our next business day after you order on Mondays through Thursdays.
Sometimes, if you order early enough in the day (before 1:00 PM Eastern Time), we ship on the same day.
Our office is closed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Orders placed for "in-stock" items after 1:00 PM EST on Thursday will be shipped the following Monday.

We use UPS as our primary shipper. You can calculate your delivery time by going to this page
and entering our Zip Code "34668" as the "Origin" Zip Code and your Zip Code as the "Destination" Zip Code.

Do you really have all these kazoos in stock?

We try to maintain a complete inventory of kazoos. Generally, we have about 100,000 kazoos in stock at any time.
If we run out of a particular item, we take it off the web store until we re-stock it.
Occassionally, we are surprised by unexpected large orders and may be short of a particular item or color.
If so, we will contact you immediately with either an alternate choice or a refund.

I'm having trouble using your on-line store with my credit card.

Our system requires certain data in certain formats.
Make sure that you enter the credit card number without any dashes or slashes or spaces. Just the numbers.
Expiration dates must be entered in the format "mmyy". It doesn't matter how it reads on your card,
just input the month and year. Make sure you use both digits for the month (i.e. "01", not "1") and
just two digits for the year (i.e. "01", not "2001").

Your name and address should match the name on the credit card and the address to which your
credit card bill is mailed. Otherwise, the security system at VeriSign may not allow the charge.
This is for your protection. It's OK to change the information on the credit card form. It will not
affect your shipping information that you entered earlier in the order.

I'm concerned about security, privacy, and abuse of my email address

Our credit card ordering page is on a secure server. Your information is protected.
We do not share our database with anyone. We do not make your email address available to anyone.
We do not send unsolicted emails to you after your order has been filled, however we do send an occasional
newsletter from which you can easily opt out.

I don't really want to put my credit card on the internet.

In reality, the internet is probably much more secure than charging dinner
at your neighborhood restaurant. Our site uses secure server technology which encrypts all of your personal information before
it is sent across the internet. The chance of someone stealing your credit card information through our site is almost impossible.

Credit card orders that are completed online are encrypted and sent directly to the secure transaction servers at VeriSign.
The name and address information are verified, and a record is made of the transaction. Then all of the information is
deleted from our server. We do not receive a printout of your credit card number. We only receive the word "Authorized" on our order form.
In fact, to get access to your credit card number after you place your order, we are required to go through two different
password-protected actions with VeriSign, and a record of our accessing your information is recorded on the servers at VeriSign.
It is extremely secure.

If you'd rather not enter your credit card into our secure server, then choose the "check" option at the end of the ordering process.
You can then write your credit card information on the form (or just enclose a check) and mail it to us, knowing that it is being
safely handled by the US Post Office, or you can fax it in. Our fax system downloads directly into our computers. Your information
is not usually printed out, but rather kept in digital form in a password protected file. You are also welcomed to phone in your order
to our toll-free number. Your privacy and security are both our highest concerns.

Can I return kazoos for a refund?

Since kazoos are played by mouth, we are not allowed to accept returns for health reasons.
However, most of our products are packaged in plastic bags or sealed boxes. You may return unopened boxes or bags for a full refund.

How quickly can I get custom-imprinted kazoos?

Most orders take four to six weeks from the time we receive your payment and logo artwork.
We can speed up the process if we typeset your message for the kazoo imprint in our art department. There is no charge for typesetting and we
will fax or email a proof to you for approval.

For a RUSH charge of $25.00 we can have your kazoos ready to ship in three weeks. You may choose to have your kazoos shipped by UPS Overnight
if you want quick shipping.

I just need a few custom-imprinted kazoos.

Some of our customers have ordered plain kazoos and applied labels to them in order to
customize a smaller number of kazoos, and they have reported good results. The Avery 8667 Return Address Label fits perfectly
on our plastic kazoos. These labels are usually available at your local office supply store and can be printed on your inkjet or laser printer.
