Our shopping cart software may not process your credit card for orders outside of the USA.
International orders should used the above International Fax Order Form.

Calculated shipping costs do not include duties, taxes, fees, and any other additional charges incurred
by receiving internationally shipped goods. The customer is responsible for all other fees.

Please contact your local post office/UPS office for explanations of these fees.

USPS (United States Postal Service) shipping is available upon request and is generally less expensive
than the UPS (United Parcel Service) quote. UPS is more expensive because it is much faster, includes
expedited shipping delivery guarantees and advanced tracking capabilities. Kazoobie Kazoos will NOT be
held responsible for lost or damaged USPS shipments.

We do our very best to service our international customers, but please understand that we cannot be responsible
for shipments once they leave the USA unless they are shipped by an expedited service with international
tracking such as UPS. The US Postal Service is not able to adequately track packages outside the USA.
